Hello everyone. :) I had been doing pretty well symptom wise. Me and my husband even had our household shower and I made it threw it panic free. Then I woke with a day full of anxiety and panic which is worse now cause we are snowed in and I've only got 2 pills left :/

sorry about that mate. i hope it passes for you soon. am worried about your meds. can you halve them? just an idea to help you get through until the snow eases. many healing thoughts.

How are you feeling today? Better I hope.

Sorry to hear your anxiety is bad at the moment do you have any coping skills you can use? If not have a look at our resources thread for some useful links to self help guides.

HT idea of halving your pills is a good one.

I hope you feel better soon and are not snowed in for to long.

You guys are just having so much with the weather!! I feel for you, and am concerned for my in-laws in Maine, who are getting older...and have been falling while trying to shovel/snow plow ect.

I am wondering if your pharmacy has, or if a general delivery service (who picks up groceries and other goods) is available? They may be able to get in to you with 4WD delivery trucks?


It might be worth paying the extra money for this, just this once, in order to get your needed Rx?

For now, as the others mentioned...use you coping skills to get you through.

Thoughts of calm and the coming Spring melt!!!!
