Does anyone else feel nauseous and have a loss of appetite when they haven't gotten much sleep?
I know this isn't an "anxiety" issue per se, but it is making me anxious not feeling well.
I've had just 4-5 hours of sleep the past few nights (studying for midterms) and I started to doze off while my husband was making dinner. When I woke up I could barely eat and I felt horrible for about
1/2 hour after because I was so nauseous.
The other thing I wonder about
is if this might be something to do with GERD.
