So proud of you John. You are making changes in your diet and it isn't easy to do! You are trying. That's what's important. Your health will not improve overnight. It will require some time...weeks, months... but you will notice a difference eventually IF you continue to eat healthy. Good luck. You're really doing great so far!

melodee, yes, it's raw. Thanks again for the links. How do you by yours? Produce or frozen?

I buy fresh produce. Never frozen. But if frozen ones are the only type available in your area I think it's ok.

melodee,
I appreciate the kind words. It'd be nice to cut down on the processed, packaged foods, but at least they're mostly low sodium. I'm also trying organic cranberry juice. My salad has hard boiled eggs, grilled chicken, carrots, craisins, sunflower seeds, a little cheese, and a few croutons as well. I've had multiple chances with my diet, but I just never learn.
Good advice on the greens. I have some asparagus to cook, too.

All,
Interesting discovery. Original Pringles are proving too salty for me. I think things are changing! I wanted a snack and it's only 100 calories and considered to be low-sodium.

Scaredy,
My second toes are longer than my big toes and one of the second toes is hurting. Lol
It was in the 60s today. Weather looks promising this week.
