A Massage Gone Wrong?

In an attempt to ease my always aching shoulders, my partner gave me a shoulder rub last night and used her elbows to make it with a little firmer pressure. It hurt pretty bad but I just figured it was the good type of pain. My shoulders...particularly the left, is always tighter than the right, but today it seems huge and possibly bruised? IS this possible after a massage gone wrong? She was just trying to help but now its painful. s

Mama sometimes after a good work up with a chiropractor a person will be sore, just depends if there was
inflammation to begin with it could irritate it, I wish you Peace,

Sorry about your shoulder...it is no fun when the cure hurts more than the initial issue, right?

Use some ice to bring down any swelling, and this should relieve the pain as well.:)

Tell your partner less elbow, more heel of the hand next time.;p
