Can you get panic attacks 6 weeks after taking *illegal substance* if you felt fine for the first 6 weeks. Attacks started so late?

Hello and welcome,
Yes recreational drugs are known triggers for A/P.
I would recommend against them...and to see your doctor for advice on treating your p/a's if they continue.
See also our Resources here at the top of the main page for great self help material.
...and please review forum rules regarding posting on the subject of illegal substances...thanks.
Post anytime for anxiety support

Don't you know the devil is in those drugs? Don't do it again unless you want your life to turn to hell.

I think we have all made missteps...especially as young people.
We are not judging you...but rather trying to warn you of the negative and destructive effects of even experimenting...it is risky...and we want to see you taking care.of yourself!
Wishing you the best in managing any future issues...we are here for your support.
