I am so glad that you are going with CBT, you will get lots of benefits and learn much about
anxiety in general. I am sure :)
It might not go really fast at first but I recommend you to be patient and give some time to your therapist/dr so that they learn about
you a bit. This may take a few sessions. She/he probably will give you some homework to do until the next time you meet. Even though they don't do it, you can start by yourself and get some idea about
how CBT works.
