Smoothies are a great place to start if you're anxious about
starting supplements. Spinach is a great source of folate, iron and magnesium and blends very nicely with a variety of fruits. I second using Greek yogurt as well. Great source of protein and calcium. Avocados add fiber and general deliciousness
My go to smoothie is spinach, frozen berry blend from Wegman's (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries), a banana, an orange, and yogurt. You'll have to add some liquid to thin it out. I like pure tart cherry juice or coconut/almond milk.
