I am so glad to hear that in general...things have been going well! It sounds like you have been doing a great job of decreasing and managing your anxiety to this point.
This definitely sounds like a situational type of anxiety episode...
...and yes, we absolutely have subconscious reactions to things that we are not fully aware of on the surface.
I bet that if you spent some time talking or journaling about
being at home alone while your husband travels...that you might come up with some less than obvious concerns that you are feeling, but not registering fully.
