How are you breathing? That is key, that is EVERYTHING, sometimes people with anxiety do not realize just how tense they are, causing costal (chest) breathing, and thats not what we're supposed to do. Always in through the nose, and out the mouth, feeling your abdomen lift and lower. Hope I was of help. =] Keep walking, its great for anxiety. We're here for you.
