Today was much better and I was able to go with my friend and sat 2.5 hours while she got a tattoo, so a much better day. I even made an appointment for me to get my next tattoo in a couple weeks- one that is very meaningful to me. It's on days like today that I realize how important it is for me to fight it and not to let it win. Coco Bella (my service dog in training) still has another year or so to go. I probably could have brought her to the movies with me but being 15 weeks her puppy hyperness might get in the way.

Hi PB,
I hope that you are feeling better today, and can see things in a more positive light...
...and that is as the others said...that you did it!
You did not shy away from going...and beyond that, you made it through an attack...and are now stronger than ever before because of it.
Each time we face our fear and back them down, we are growing and progressing. I know that you are goin to continue in your recover because of your willingness to keep pushing forward.:)
How long until your companion is ready to work, and accompany you everywhere you need her to? I am sure you are anticipating this! :)
With much encouragement!
