anxiey and feeling so depressed

Hello and good morning..
My anxiety today is so bad.. I'm having the sharp pains in my chest again.. I'm on my way to wish and I just wish I was home in bed crying... I dislike this so much. I went to the ER again like three weeks ago and they said everything was perfect. I am diagnosed with GAD and its taking over my life... Some encouraging words please .... I feel so hopeless

Well, you are not alone. I have days just like you describe and sometimes I have days where I feel happy and calm.

Recovery takes time. You just have to give it all the time it needs. Bless you. Bless us all.

Hi Ms Jessy

Sorry to hear you are not having a good time of it at the moment are you taking any medication to help with your anxiety? or doing some talking therapy?

Have a look into Mindfulness Meditation as I find that really helpful and I also have a diagnosis of GAD you will find a lot of good videos on youtube.

I am so sorry you are having a bad day.:(

I am sending positive thougths and prayers your way!

I hope that the distraction of work will help the symtpoms to quiet down.

Take time to do your coping skills when you can. Spending just 10 minutes or so on your break to practice breathing and postive mantras could really help.
