Hey, Guys! Hope everyone is doing well and hopefully recovered or on the road to recovery from their anxiety!
I have some good news and some bad news.lol I found that CBT was an answered prayer. I worked with my therapist for 4 months and he just about cured my anxiety! I have a little here and there but I have managed to not panic and use positive affirmation and my coping techniques to brush aside any little bumps in the road that have come along.
I just started a new job about a month ago and I LOVE IT, that being said, my position is highly stressful and I am handling it very well. However, I have found myself a lot weaker lately and that weakness has translated into something that has my health anxiety's full attention.
I don't know how to describe it, it feels like I'm weak in my chest and breathing is very shallow. I can't describe it well at all, but it's like I'm breathing air back in and through a balloon after blowing up a balloon. Just very strange feeling, like I'm not getting enough air or breathing ENOUGH. Now....I pulled out my trusty pulse oximiter :P and I am getting enough air. But I keep focusing on it. I know not to panic of course, but still, the feeling of panic is there, I just know how to handle it now.
Does anyone else get this weird sensation when they are weak and tired?
Anyway, I hope everyone is doing very well!
