I have always been one to hide from my disorder, hang my head down and avoid eye contact with anyone. I felt ashamed and I knew the stigma that people have about mental disorders. But today I finally realized I found my voice. I went to therapy and then was walking around with my fiancé and my SDIT Coco Bella and I was no longer ashamed, I no longer held my held down. I answered people's questions about Coco Bella and what she does. Having Coco Bella by my side really opened my eyes and has helped me experience things that I don't think I could do on my own. I have come so far in the short about of time I had her and for the first time in a long time, I am proud of myself.
