i ate an ice cream

been in bed last few days. migraines. now i am a tad depressed. yeah am taking the good with the bad. just so tired. today i have eaten a little ice-cream bar. i got to push, just so fatigued. will try and push tomorrow. very sore too. winter is here. the real stuff begins in a couple of weeks. i am going back to bed. ice-cream not good good for diabetics. it was little, so i said stuff it. nah, enough bed. coffee. get some movement. i know the deal. got tunes going. have a good one guys. my title might be the name of my book i will right one day. 'i ate an ice-cream'!!!

I hope you at least enjoyed that little bit of ice cream! We've all gotta splurge every now and again!

{{{{{Turtle}}}}} Hugs, hope you feel better soon. Migraines suck, I used to get 4 or 5 a month until my doctor put me on verapamil for my high blood pressure, it doesn't work too good at keep my BP down but I haven't had a migraine in over 2 years so I keep taking it. :)

It takes me a couple of days to recover after one for sure!

The world has changed. Now Cheech and Chong are pharmaceutical super heroes.
Although at the pharmacy once I wanted to say something like " you know the shady guy outside he offered to buy my prescription at twice what you want me to pay and when I get my pills he doesn't judge me ,In fact I don't think he can count so I may get 93 instead of 90 and frankly he is better at customer service than you lot."
And I can't help but wonder .. No really ... Alcohol has some benefits for people or it wouldn't be so darn popular as an escape. Did it ever occur to anyone to fix the people before you can fix the problem.
It's the chronic pain sufferers who wake up not feeling anything and we are the first to go " oh my god ! I'm dead" then you try to move your head go " awe shucks , false alarm"
Hang overs mainly come from way too much sugar .... Yes ice cream can give you a hang over too!!! Just not as much fun as the other way. And for me personally I'm too old for all that and it is far more amusing when it's someone else.
