Anxiety can be felt and manifested in so many individual ways...I really never FELT anxious...but my symptoms and panic attacks told me otherwise!
Since it seems that your concerns seem centered on your health, I think that for now, going through these self-help for health anxiety will be the best place for you to start.
These sites are great. Two of them are short and easy to get through. The Super Scanner explains how anxiety and symptoms exacerbate eachother, and how we end up in a stated of increased symptoms and worry over them.
One of the links is a longer, more intensive program, that will take time to get through all the modules...but it is worth it! Put your effort into it, and I really think it will help!
