excellent therapy session, hit some targets. been dealing with some heavy stuff with family tonight. quite triggering traumatic stuff. a bit overwhelmed. missed the chemist, ran out of valium. could use some. all the best with your session hibee.

Had a dr appt this morning at 9:40 they called me at 8:20 asking if I could come in early, so went in early and got my pap done, I don't need another one for 5 years. Yayyyyyyyy

Going to today to take a practice test for my GED, figure it's time for me to get it since I quit school my 9th grade year and that was eon's ago, lol.

Other then that still in a blue mood, but a little better today so hoping it is lifting.

Went and did 2 practice test, science which I suck at and social studies. I think I did okay with the social studies but I surely failed the science one, lol. I'll find out tomorrow. Going back to take the other 2 test, math and language arts.
