Video game commentary has become insanely popular on Youtube. I'm a sucker for it myself, and I was recently watching an episode of 'Game Grumps' while packing my stuff. After a stressful week of anxiety and panic attacks with a bit of depression in the mix, I found this one particular video enlightening.
One of the commentators talks about
his experience with dealing with OCD. In which he also experienced symptoms of anxiety, obsessive thoughts, and depression in his young adult life. The way he describes it really hit home for me personally, after dealing with some of the same symptoms.
The commentary is very light-hearted and humorous, which made me feel good. As long as it's okay to post it here, I would like to share it with everyone so that hopefully it'll make their day a little brighter. And a boost to let them know that it indeed does get better!
So if you have a little time and would like to hear someone's own story, told in a comedic light, have a look at it.
Just a warning for those, there may be bad language, but I really thought his message was inspiring. Especially now that he can talk so
openly about
it. I hope this will be alright to post, and an apology if it isn't. I don't want to break rules, but I'm not looking to advertise for the game they are playing, or for their channel.
I just wanted to share his experience.
