HEart Palpitations

Hi

I get constant heart Palpitations, that i hear my heart beating in my ear fast :(  I have gone to the dr. did all kinds of test from stress test , ultrasound of heart, ECG, blood and work heart monitor and loop monitor and all is ok but i keep getting these palpitations for no reason :(  Yes i have anxieties but never experienced this the last year i have been experienced this and its driving me nuts!! it freaks me out even when im calm.  Please help anyone else get this ?

What is magnesium used for?  I though thats used for muscles aches?? Yes im on meds. been on them since i was 16 im 35 now :(  i been doing really well with my anxieties but now that i get these symptoms i freak out thinking its my heart. :(, i hope to hear from more people with these symptoms.

I will ask my dr.  Do you know if its ok to take with Medication?? How come knowbody else has responded :( Im i the only one who has this??? should i post in the heart section?

Here is the link to symptoms from anxiety, you will see heart palpitation on the list. It is just anxiety and will not hurt you, I know it is uncomfortable but keep telling yourself that it is just anxiety will help you get thru it.

Thank you Scardy Cat for your response.  whats weird is im not even in panic mode  it just happens, than i get dizzy and out of my body feeling.  Im not convinced my heart is ok.  What If they missed something??? Its soo annoying hearting the thumping in my ear and fast :(

I used to get that really bad...it's the worst when you're feeling really relaxed and then wham! Palpitations, I assure you, it's your anxiety going, hey....didn't forget about me, did ya? So annoying. For me, what works best is deep breathing, meditation and 20 mg cipralex per day. I found at first that deep breathing was hard and meditation takes practice, but I swear, it gets easier and it helps more and more every time, you'll find yourself addicted to it! Cipralex has also been a godsend for me. I went from being totally focused on my heartbeat all the time, to not even thinking about it ever. I feel normal. Finally. After years of what you're going through. Hope this helps.

I know this post was made weeks ago, but I also suffer from heart palpitations, they'll be ok one day, and so frequent the next I get all worried and am afraid to do anything with the possibility it'll make them worse... I've had an echocardiogram and 24 hour Holter monitor, all came out good, but I STILL cannot get use to them!! I know how you feel! I can't hear mine, I feel a jump in my throat, or feel like my heart drops into my stomach. I hope they've gotten better!!
