New Symptom?

hi everyone,
hope you are all feeling well today, but i seem to have developed a new symptom, i dont know if its anxiety related or there's something more wrong with me, for the past few day or two i have had a feverish feeling, but when i check my temperature its normal, has that ever happened to anyone? its really freaking me out, and i dont know what to think, am going insane thinking its something more, every now and then my head feels funny as if my brain skips a beat (ikr) or something, its as though am on the verge of passing out, i have a dr appointment for friday, but i might go before that if i dont feel better, i was advised to drink lots of water, and thats what am doing. ,thanks for the replies guys, and here's to a anxiety free week.

I used to take my temperature once every fifteen minutes for a period of time! Drinking water helps a ton.
