So I know what anxiety can make you feel like also known as the fight or flight stage which everyone in life experiences the only difference is we feel it for no reason I have (ptsd) it can make you feel nauseous, rapid heart beat,your muscles tense,have panic attacks,headaches,hot/cold flashes,even make you feel out of touch with reality and thats just to name a few but ive been to the doctors countless of times and even spoke too 2 nurses one has anxiety and has had it since she was 15 and the other one her sisters have it both of these women were kind enough to give me re-ensurance that everything will be ok and that its really in our minds but the symptoms are physical and I believe thats due to our minds telling it to react or something like that anyway I do not like saying the other attack so im going to put h.A for it I asked the nurse has anyone ever had one from it she said no and she has been a nurse for many years just because we have anxiety doesnt mean we are not healthy or there is something wrong with our hearts but it doesnt mean that its not scary so just remember that anxiety can make you feel like anything and you can always have new symptoms along the way when I 1st got it I was cold all the time,headaches everyday even arm pain(which my psychiatrist says is normal for anxiety) nausea,panic attacks then months later I had hyperventilation but please always remember that anxiety can make u feel all kinds of ways
not everything is the other kind of attack or even related im tired of hearing people say it or when I look up things( look up all symptoms for anxiety and u will see) stay blessed,try to be happy ( not a professional as u can tell lol but if u ever need re ensurance always see a doctor)
