I am having a bad panic attack flying from germany to north america..just seing the plane gets my anxiety going..flying solo this time too..took a xanax and not helping at all.

slow deep breaths. some ice in your hands is good. say i am safe, or words of comfort to yourself. distract. music, etc. healing prayers.

I prayed for you to feel peaceful during your flight. For a smooth flight. I hope you can feel the Comfort of knowing you are being thought of, and prayed for.

Saying a prayer for a safe and peaceful trip, try not to over think it. Flying is the safest way to travel. I hope you have a good flight.

I made it...hardest 8 hrs ever...had chest pain, and a bad headache but got through it!

I'm happy you made it, sorry about the chest pains and headache, but you got thru it so be proud of yourself and treat yourself to a special treat, maybe a long hot bath, or a star bucks coffee in the morning. :)

Are the states your home? Or are you on a trip?

Either way...you did it...and hopefully do not have to fly again too soon.

...but when you do, you know you can get through it...and you are now stronger than before with your coping skills.:)

Sorry I didn't see this until you were through, but I am glad you made it safely (flying is the safest, even though a lot of people are very scared of it). I'm sorry you had a rough time, but so happy for you that it is in the past - now you can enjoy your time in the states!!

Next time you fly, remind yourself that it will be over in a relatively short time, and you will be okay!!

Proud of you for boarding the plane and making the trip!!!
