If anyone has GAD like I do, you might be accustomed to persistent muscle tension and body aches. I just started yoga recently and the more i do it, I find the better I feel overall. It helps my depression AND my muscles feel looser. I don't feel any pain during the session and it also helps my breathing techniques. If any of you guys want to try it, it would definitely be worth it. :)
