It sounds like you're doing better than when you first posted, which is good.
If I could offer some advice, it would be to go to sleep not wishing that tomorrow will be a nice calm day (although I understand the thought). In my experience, a better attitude will be 'I'll get some sleep and if I wake up feeling happy and ready to take on the day, that's great. If I don't feel too great, then I'll deal with it'.
Essentially, don't put too much pressure on yourself and just deal with feelings as they come. Let them have their moment and their power over you will diminish.
