question... I was on Prozac for 37 days, Zoloft for 4...

I w as,
on Prozac for 37 days then I switched to Zoloft 4 days ago is it possible that the serotonin level already went up and the Zoloft will work quicker because I had a sister medication in my system For 5 weeks??? Plus on top of it like I said I quit drinking diet soda a week ago so it's hard to distinguish between side effects and withdrawals... Has anyone else gone through something similar?
