Try 'catching' any repetetive negative thoughts. This can be tricky b/c they can be lightning fast. The meditation can help you to become aware of them!
Then counter the negative thoughts by working through them using the worksheets.
This along with some exercise to combat the fatigue...(you have to expend some energy to gain it!) should help.:)
