Graduation Tomorrow

Hello!

Tomorrow is my graduation and I am feeling quite antsy about attending because Ive been feeling physically awful.

I've been having head rushes, headaches, vertigo and nausea.

The last time I saw a doctor for these symptoms was in 2011 - neuro, ent and ct scan. Since "so much time has passed" I am scared this could be something new.

Please help me feel better for tomorrow!

Congratulations!!

You have worked hard to get here...so try to focus on the positive...and enjoy the ceremony.

Use your breathing to get you through...as well as your positive mantras...telling yourself you can get through it...even if you feel symptomatic.

If you feel overwhelmed by all the people...just close your eyes and keep breathing slow and deep, and you will be okay.:)

You are young...and healthy...and should have a big celebration of your accomplishments tomorrow...so go get 'em!! ;)

I hope you know how much I appreciate you being a moderator on this site. I don't know how you find the time to do this, but please know, from the bottom of my heart, that I am so appreciative of your support and replies.

I don't know you, but seriously, thanks for being a friend when mine are currently few and far between!

As SC mentioned you have worked hard to get here so enjoy your moment you deserve it use any coping strategies you have and i'm sure you will be fine once you get there.

My son graduated a few nights ago and had a great time. You will to so go enjoy what you have worked so hard for and like everyone said if you have any problems just take a few deep breaths. CONGRATULATIONS

Congratulations! You can do this. Make sure you stay hydrated, and breathe. Be proud of your accomplishment.

One more wish for a great ceremony/celebration today!! You will be fantastic...use your coping skills, and know we go along with you in spirit!! :)

Congratulations!!!!! Remember to use your breathing techniques and you'll get thru it just fine. I'm so happy for you, you've accomplished something great!
