Hello,
Admittedly, my anxiety has sky rocketed recently and as a result, so have my physical symptoms. A really distressing symptom I have is the feeling that I am vibrating (or my back and neck are) when I am trying to sleep. Alternatively, it just feels like crawlies?
Has anyone experienced this?
It's really frightening and keeps me awake at night. Has anyone found a solution to this sensation?

HMH,
That is an awful feeling...especially when you just want to get some sleep!
Have you tried using coping skills.just before bedtime?
Progressive muscle relaxation could help. Would you like a link for instructions?

I think I may have seen a few of those videos SC - a long time ago though. I'd love it you would post a link. I have such tense muscles in my neck and shoulders, and have done the shoulder crunches before to remind myself to relax.
Is it similar to that with the other muscle groups?

You did not say what kind of medical tests you have had, but anxiety can and will manifest its self in many
ways, personally i feel some kind of muscle relaxer would help, i have read this many times on our posts
i had it in my leg for a long time but its gone now. Peace
