I went on a fishing trip yesterday had a blast. No anxiety. It was great. We got five big redfish and two lemon fish. It was my sons and my birthday gift from my wife. We took two friends each with us. I was thinking the whole way down there about my anxiety. Would it show up but when I got there didnot think about it no more. Had a good time. Just goes to show we can still live our lives even tho we have anxiety. We just have to get out and do it. So people just try to suck it up and go do something you love to do. You will be fine. Just have faith that The Lord our GOD is with us on our journey and we will be great.

Was this ocean fishing? I have never done that. What an adventure!

I have only lake, pond and river fished. It would be so fun to ocean fish...but it's a whole other level!
