I felt really anxious due to an arguement with my sister in law, and later I suddenly felt off balance, so bad I couldn't walk. I felt really tired also.

This is a common complaint here and a known symptom of anxiety, I've gotten before too. You are not alone in this, many of us have been dizzy cause of anxiety. Try some breathing exercises. :) I hope the anxiety passes quickly.
Sorry you had an argument with your sister in law.

I've lost count of the amount of times I've felt dizzy when I'm particularly anxious.
Like all anxiety symptoms, it will soon pass.

Hi
Yes anxiety can cause you to feel dizzy but should ease once your anxiety has come back down again.
Sorry to hear you had an argument with your sister in law I hope you can get things resolved.
