I am sorry to hear that you are going through such problems.
We definitely understand you and will support you in HW family. As it is mentioned above, people around us are having hard time understanding how we feel, which is very normal.
Please search for therapy options around your area if you can, I would recommend CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy). Anxiety and depression are both responding quite well to medication + therapy treatment.
