Hey guys so Iv had these weird burning stinging prickling and kind of numb sensations on my left leg my wrist the tip of my thumb it's all in little patches
I'm scared it might be MS or something nurological
My CT scan was normal and all my test were normal just vitamin D deficantcy
I also have depersonlization so my whole body doesn't feel like it's mine like my arms and legs feel deatached and weak):
Does anyone else relate my doctor say it's anxiety but I'm scared it's a serious nurological issue

Skin symptoms are pretty common with anxiety...

as well as many coping skill suggestions for stress relief.

I just had two days of spontaneous goose bumps on my right thigh. I have had this symptom on and off for years...

...it went away today as quickly as it showed up...

I am not even currently feeling anxious...so strange...;p

Get started on some coping skills...and hope you get some relief soon!

Jack,

My foot has been going numb of late and I'm not sure why. It comes and it goes. I am also Vitamin D deficient and take 8000IU Vitamin D gummies daily. To be frank, I don't know much about what the deficiency means. You have received some good advice here.
