Hi Liz, sorry you are dealing with anxiety and panic, I understand and know it is no fun. In fact my anxiety is a bit high tonight too. I also understand health anxiety, it can consume you if you let it, so don't let it. Repeat the Mantras that Jake's mom said over and over again until you're feeling better.
