Due to lack of sleep recently, my body's muscles are becoming weaker and relaxing themselves more. As a consequence my breathing has become severely compromised, making it impossible to sleep still, or even walk small distances. My nose is totally swollen, my throat is filled with mucus, I'm extremely tired, my body temperature changes frequently, I can't swallow food properly without water, I can't tighten my abdonem to "belly breath." Usually all these symptoms only occur at night when I HAVE to relax in order to sleep. Now that my muscles are weakening, they're lasting all day.
The only relief is to hunch over my laptop and force tension in my throat. When this happens, the symptoms subside. As soon as my throat/neck relaxes again though, the breathing difficulty resumes as though it never stopped. I know it sounds crazy; it's the opposite of what logic says should happen, but it honest and truly happens to me. I'm scared to relax, because I even have recordings of my airways blocking in my sleep when I do.
I can only find one example of another person like me, except they also have allergies where I do not.

I'm so lost and frightened. As I mentionned last time, if I relax, I risk suffocating. I swear on my life it has nothing to do with my anxiety levels, or hyperventilation, or anything like that. It's all to do with how relaxed my neck is. I can't NOT relax all my life. I still say it's related to this, I match too many symptoms for it not to be related, but I have no money to see a specialist about
it:
