If you keep poking around, you will always find something. Just the pressure of you poking will cause tissue to swell some, and you'll be convinced something is there.
Keep repeating to yourself - my doctor has checked me out, and found nothing of worry. I am fine, and can relax now that I've been checked by a professional.
Try some mindfulness videos, and get your mind to settle down. When the thoughts intrude, find a distraction. Get up, and move. Go clean the kitchen. Scrub the toilet. I'm serious. Anything to get your mind on something else.
