You guys, I am so excited. I have not had any kind of anxiety, depression, or shoulder, neck, or upper back pain since my last post. Maybe everything that I'm doing…yoga, medicine, CBT, meditation, mindfulness, eating right, exercising moderately, and getting good sleep is all combatting my illnesses with the force of a million men! I cried this morning, not because of depression, not because of anxiety, but because I am so grateful that I feel so much better. Im going to continue to do everything I possibly can not to slip back, and even if I do, I have my coping skills and you guys to help me!
It does get better you guys, keep fighting, only when you stop fighting do you fail. Prayers, hugs, and good vibes being sent to all of you. :)
