I echo the above advice and if your depression is taking ahold of you again, to get in and see your doctor. You might need a med adjustment or maybe something new altogether.
I understand the need for caffeine, I'm addicted to it myself, I drink 3 cups of coffee every morning then switch to diet soda and usually drink that until bed time. Although I am trying lately to drink more water too. As SC said, you can always try the ginko, it works wonders for some people, for myself it makes me sick to my stomach as do most of the energy things on today's market, but you might want to check it out for yourself.
When feeling the anxiety, double down on your coping skills to get thru it, watch a mindfulness video on youtube and do some deep breathing.
