Sorry you experienced this symptom first thing this morning. ..it is very uncomfortable, and not a fun start to your day!
However, know this is a fairly common anxiety issue...and one that you can turn around with some coping skill work!
So try not to let this set the tone for the day. Use your breathing, meditation, progressive muscle relaxation. ..ect, to reset, feel your best...and put an empowering spin on the beginning of your week. :)
