Has anyone ever get headaches and sores at random places/dizziness/random longsighted blurriness, then wonder if it's their head having problems which leads to going to ER for a head scan?

I actually posted something similar a few days ago. I woke up with a headache and my vision was all blurry. Apparently that happens and is completely normal.

I'm currently combating it, I'm not putting thought into it, just saying it will pass and i've been through it before. Yes i can do this, and I'm just ranting. Thank you SS, always good to see support incoming =D.

Hopefully my CBT can start soon, going to call up the center tomorrow to shedule a short chat!

Yes, normal effects of anxiety, you got this! Keep repeating your positive mantra's and practice some deep breathing.

Good job on using your coping skills and reaching out here to keep you calm.

Like I said in your other thread...you are going to do really well and make great progress with your starting of CBT!!

Hey Rei,

Missed you on chat yesterday.  Hope to see you again soon.  Yesterday I actually got blurry in my eyes and zig zags with flashing lights.  it lasted 15mins and went away.  I asked awhile ago my eye dr. and he said its completely normal as long as it doesn't last over 1 hour.  I usually get it if when im about to get a headache, but not all the time.  Its completely normal :)

Haha. Its funny because all the short term pains and sores or whatever we feel are all random and can happen at any part of the body. I guess its all part of the road to ascension! We the chosen ones who have brain capacity to process information at speeds beyond a usual person.

Yes I get this all the time and it is down to anxiety double up on your coping skills and things should resolve for you.

Its unsettling cus i feel fine and all. Nothing wrong but then rhese weird pains and sores just come and violate me :( lol.

Have you gone through the Super Scanner link from our Resources?

It really helps to explain the body sensation/symptom=anxiety=more symptoms cycle!

Check it out if you've not done so already...or read it again for reassurance.:)

hi I am new to this so im sorry if I write something silly lol. the thing is I don't know if this happens to anyone but as soon as I wake up I be still half asleep and my heart beats hard. it seems like its beating in a microphone. and sometimes cant breath. thro out the day it is the same it don't beat fast its just beating hard that I can feel and hear it. plz can someone help me. also sometimes my heart hurts me too

p.s I had my ecg and the dr said its because of the tablets and they will do another ecg.

Hi Abby and Welcome to the anxiety forum, I'm happy you found us but sorry you are experiencing anxiety.

It is totally normal for anxiety to cause rapid heart rates, the best way to deal with this is to use coping skills. Do you do any self help coping skills for your anxiety?

Are you in therapy or have you been in therapy? Are you on any meds for anxiety? Sorry about all the questions but it would help me to know the answers to better help you. :)

Please take a look at the top thread on the page titled Anxiety/Panic Resources for helpful links on coping skills, and related information on anxiety.
