Everything is going along as ususal here...challenges, encouragement, support...advice, all shared and exchanged with understanding.:)

Hi SC,

I'm not doing good. It seems that my nervousness and heart palpitations is not in control anymore.. But I'm still doing my deep breathing exercise. Drinking plenty of water. When I go to bed I used my headset and listening to the meditation or relaxation music in you tube, and it helps me a lot every night.. I'm scared to go far away from my house. I keep moving the schedule of my husband's doctors appointment. I really really feel bad. It's 1hr away from home the hospital. I just re schedule his appointment it's supposed to be today I moved it for next week. tomorrow he have the other appointment in the same place 1hr away from home. Right now I'm not feeling good. I know it's the anxiety and my nervous is getting worst and worst. Please help me what to do.. I'm thinking to take my alprazolam before I go to bed.. So that I can have a good night sleep. I stop doing my exercise long time ago. I do yoga before and jogging,running with my dog. Now even to go out I need to be with my husband. I hate it. I always bother my husband.. I'm so happy that I meet some friends but sometimes I make up story not to be with them or I have to be with my husband if I meet them or get together. 😔.. It's like I depend my life to my husband. I'm so glad I never hear him complain,but I can tell on his action sometimes. I really want to get back to normal..

I am sorry to hear that things are rough for you now Bik...

...but they can get better!

First of all, you have started reaching out here again. ..which is a great step!

Secondly, start back with your coping skills and exercise. These will go a long way in helping you get back on track, and feeling better and stronger.

Every effort counts...and by coming back and seeking direction and support. ..you are well on your way! :)

There is hope...so get going on those goals, and keep posting!

Thank you SC, I know I can count on you guys.. I will start my exercise again after my husbands dr. appointment tomorrow. Yes there is hope. Everyday is a new day. Sometimes you're down sometimes you are on top.. Will try to think positive everyday..

I'm hoping tomorrow I will get better so that we can go to my husbands dr appointment. Will keep posting here. Thank you SC.

Welcome back but sorry to hear you are having a rough patch.

Re starting your exercise is a good idea as that can really help with your anxitey and mood.

I hope your husband appointment goes well.

HI Bik, you've already gotten good advice but I wanted to drop in and say Welcome Back!! I'm sorry you are still struggling, but with our support and you using your coping skills you can get thru this.

Thank you so much guys, Done with my husbands dr appointment, at first im not feeling good before leaving the house but i did manage my heart palpitations, i just grab my ipad, brought some fruits with me and alot of water. Now we are heading home. Feels good. Im okay right now. Will do my yoga later in the afternoon and go out with my dog. Its hot where i live. Will wait for the sun to cool off. Thank you so mich for all the support. I will keep posting here. It feels good everytime i post in here. Love you all

Awesome News!! I'm so happy to hear you've had a good day, keep up the good work. And yes keep posting with us, it is good to have a outlet and support.
