I already know that anxiety and stress can cause aches and pains in your body, but I normal read about it being associated with neck and back muscles.
I've been struggling with my wellness for about a month and a half now, which started with difficulty breathing. I went to a walk in clinic and got a chest x-ray which the doc said it was (most likely) asthma or anxiety causing the issue. My breathing started to even out after I accepted it could be anxiety and I was feeling pretty good until yesterday when I got a pain in the lower right side of my abdomen (it felt like cramps at first, but now it seems like a slightly sharper pain). The pain has been mild-intermediate for about 15-20 hours with little break, and there are no other symptoms that I've noticed.
And I don't know if it matters, but it might be worth mentioning that for about a week I've been indoors hardly moving from my room, so 0% exercise.
I plan on getting a full exam once I can figure out how I'm going to start paying for health insurance, but I'm trying to put my mind at ease until then.
