Bam,
Increased H.R. is a common anxiety symptom...and usually rights itself eventually.
This will not harm you, as our hearts have the capacity to withstand this increasing without difficulty.
However, to help you feel better..
I recommend using your coping skills to help.
Do your breathing or meditation. ..and and use a calming/positive mantra such as:
"I am okay, this is just anxiety causing a harmless symptom."
Hopefully this will have you feeling your best again very quickly.
