Aneurysm scare

So yesterday, I woke up, got out of bed and had to pee (as normal) but as I was peeing me heart started POUNDING. Sometimes this happens but that was the worse it had ever been, so I called 911. Paramedics came and I had started to calm down by then, they did an ekg on my couch (heart was normal) Sugar was 91 or so but my blood pressure was 146 over 105, then they checked again, 142 over 100 then 135 over 95. They said it was high (which I knew) but it appeared I was calming down. I elected to just stay home and not go to the doc because I don't need another bill right now. The thing is though, I have noticed I was out in the heat yesterday and after coming back to the car and riding home, I started to notice I would get this somewhat sharp wave of pain on the top left of my head, It's not all day, but I get these waves, every 5 to 10 minutes then maybe 30 etc etc. I know earlier I had my mom check my blood pressure before we left out and it was 131 over 80 (before I noticed the headaches. Then later last night after they started it was 140 over 80. Now I am scared as heck. It wouldn't be so bad if I didnt get dizzy spells sometimes and my eyes didn't get sensitive to light occasionally also. I had went to a minor med about a month ago, they said my blood and urine was fine, now I am terribly afraid I have either a tumor or an impending aneurysm!! I don't know what to do and I cant afford to keep seeing doctors right now.

I think most, if not all, of us have gone down the well of thinking we have some catastrophic condition waiting to blow, so to speak. Sometimes people experience anxiety differently, but I've been dealing with panic and anxiety for just over 2 years now. I've experienced the dizziness, the light handedness, the sensitivity to light.

With regards to the pain on top of your head, is it just on the skin or internal? You said you were out in the heat yesterday, so maybe it's sunburn or heat stroke setting off your anxiety?

Edit: Sorry if my message seems condescending or dismissive of the feelings your having. I was just trying to offer support.

It seems to be like muscular. It's the top left and it comes and goes in waves it seems

Now my bp is 138/78 94 rate :(

That blood pressure is well within normal range, and the HR is normal for anxiety.

Try not to worry, because the symptoms you describe are not those of any aneurysm. I know it's easy to worry about such things, because they are unseen, and our symptoms can be so strange - seem so serious.

It's great that you were checked out, and everything was found to be okay. Keep telling yourself that, and use your coping skills. Remember our resources. Even if you've visited it before, do it again, you might find something new.
