That is interesting...
For some, anxiety may be triggered by a deficit physically...as it can be by an emotional event. Illness can be a catalyst, so I do believe that an imbalance in necessary nutrients/vitamins can be as well.
The good news is that if you have figured out the physical angle ...you are making progress...
...and the use of further coping skills and or therapy techniques should find you moving foward further in the right direction!
