Hi JC.,
Congrats on getting called for an interview! This is a good thing, of course...
...but one that can spark panicky feelings from nerves.
When is your appointment today? Do you have time to devote some time to coping skills? Do you need ideas for them?
Practicing these will help lower your overall anxiety levels, and hopefully allow you to feel better physically and more confident.
Do you have everything you need ready? Resume, what you are going to wear, directions...ect. Being prepared really helps to lower nervous feelings.
How about
preparing mentally? Going over questions in your head that might be asked..."What are your strengths/weaknesses" "What assests would you bring to this company?"...ect. will help you to feel ready to respond.
...and remember it is okay to say. "That's a good question...let me think about
that for a moment." to buy yourself time, and not just blurt out a desperate answer. This is a trick I use a lot!
You will do great! Be yourself and you can't go wrong. They called you for a reason, so go and get 'em!
Let us know how it goes okay?

Oh good, you've got lots of time to prepare!
How many previous interviews have you been through?
What position have you applied for if you don't mind me asking? This may help us in targeting some of the questions that might be asked of you...
How are you feeling now? Did the panic pass yet?

Glad you are feeling better!
...and like I said, you've got time to prepare. Go over what types of questions you might anticipate or expect to be asked...
Leave yourself plenty of time to get ready and arrive at the interview site on Monday.
You will do great! The fact that you are concerned shows that you care, are conscientious, and a good fit for the job.:)
