Help.....not coping..

Hi..

I wrote a post last week about my hubby being sentenced tomorrow at the magistrates court for 2 offences...theft from a shop and a common assault

These were a total one off!!!
It looks like he could be sent to prison tomorrow and I'm really really struggling!!!
I should be strong for him but I've got no fight left in me!
I feel very depressed and keep crying every half an hour at least!
I've got a gastric problem that's flaring up and it's making me feel panicky.
How am I gonna take care of my kids in this state!!
I'm a terrible mother and wife!! I wish it would all go away!
Absolutely no friends or family to help...it's so lonely......

I just need to vent otherwise I think I'm gonna end up in hospital due to a breakdown, I don't even know what coping skills are anymore....😪

As I mentioned in your last post...try not to catastrophize...

Since this was a one time offense...your husband may not be sentenced to time at all, but rather community service.

You need to have a plan in place either way of course as we discussed...

...but try to be positive until you know with certainty what is going to happen.

Your husband will need to revaluate his behavior for the sake of your family, and I hope you can encourage hime to do so...so that you are not paying for his actions with your health.

Keep us posted, and try not to worry until you hear the final word tomorrow.
