You guys, I seriously think I am almost fully recovered!
I am:
Sleeping wonderfully
My energy is almost entirely back
No pain whatsoever! (except the usual neck soreness from work)
No anxiety!
My depression is there but theres a difference now, I'M in charge!

I see my psychologist once a month now, I do yoga twice a week, I take a leisurely 30 minute walk everyday, I always take my medicine on time (Cymbalta 30 mg), I meditate, and continue to journal.

Hope you all are doing well too :)
