I've been off all ssris since May and I feel ok. I'm learning to work through my health anxiety a little each day. I've been having palpatations but it has to be anxiety because they go away when I'm relaxed and don't think about
them. Sometimes I get 1-4 in the day but I think it's just stress. I also have a hand held heart monitor just in case to make sure 100% there benign. Dr also gave me Zoloft 25mg to break in half, but I decided I filled them but will hold on to them not take them yet I went this far worked this hard to get off all meds. So there like my safety I know I have them if I desperately need them. Xanax granted I do take a half of .25 when needed. Just wanted to fill you guys in weather you take meds or not you can learn to manage the anxiety better and it's great feeling to be able to do that. This site has also been wonderful to have people to talk to when your down and out with anxiety and fear.
