I second the melatonin route! Start with a low dose and see how you do. There are also several relaxation teas on the market that you can drink half an hour before bedtime and see if that helps. For another alternative method, you can try some lavender essential oils or the Pillow Potion essential oil, both of which can be found at Whole Foods or any other health food store near you.
