Yes on all counts!
Anxiety and or depression are known to cause early waking issues...
...and. on tinted progress, both with your coping akills, and your Rx will help this issue to lessen, and hopefully phase out altogether!
When you wake up early, use deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation and positive mantras to help you relax and get back to sleep.:)
