I know how you feel, I have had SO much stress the past month, my anxiety that was getting much better is back ten fold. It is constant and I don't know what is up and what is down.
I think we both need to de-stress our lives, fix what we can and forget the rest. We are only a single person and can't conquer the world on our own. Delegate things to other family members, if they won't help you, then tell them it won't get done.
I hope you are feeling better, I don't think you need to go to the ER as I do believe it is just anxiety cause of all the stress you're under. :)
